Why is blogger not publishing properly? To make my morning even crappier? GAH!

Bunny rabbits, shiro wett and beer

Amanda’s birthday dinner. A time for eating with fingers, drinking honey wine and playing with vibrators. Ahhh, it was a good night complete with an oddly grandiose recording of “Happy Birthday” being played at the restaurant which was scary, amusing and slightly embarrassing. Followed up by me knocking over drinks at Botanica and some touching.

It started off innocent…

Amanda’s new toy.

Yes, she is on the phone with her mom.

Lex Line

So this is why my 6 train was delayed forever yesterday…the quote about half of the woman’s body being on top is just a bit disturbing. Take out the “Electric” from
NYC Electric Death Maze”
and you can accurately describe NYC lately. Link via Gothamist.

Check out LPS for some pictures of the fantabulous housewarming party.

Oh, the real reason why I’m blogging. Another NYSC story.

I’m running on the treadmill and looking at the small TV monitor they have attached to most of the machines there. I believe “Fuck the Pain Away” was on Vanilla Leather when the Alanis Morrisette video came on for that “Ironic” song. All I can say is watching that without the sound almost caused me to fall off the treadmill. The girl looks like she is having a series of severe tourettes! Flailing about, trying to climb out of the car window, and her mouth is HUGE! And watching it to the sounds of Peaches was just an added bonus of bizarreness. That’s all.

They say it’s your birthday…

Go over to Millwhistle and wish Mary a very “happy birthday.” She is a kick-ass bassist and friend who can make marriage proposal worthy lemon bars and sweet and spicy nuts. Salute!

Soon I will have internet at home. Verizon DSL baby. Hopefully it will not give me a virus like some people and I will be able to redesign, put pictures up and all that good stuff.

Rollerskating + rock = brilliant!

I almost forgot! Come out to Williamsburg tomorrow night and see Man in Gray play in a cage while people roller-skate around us. It’s gonna be crazy. And fun. Don’t know how to get to Office Ops? Lovely directions here. Oh yeah, if you want to skate bring your own rollerblades or skates or get there early because they go fast.

Bad Blogger

Yes, I am still a Bad Blogger. I blame this on no Internet at my house and being swamped at work. However, I will give you readers a site that may solve your dating woes. No, it’s not Friendster (although that worked for me), it’s Love in War a site that wants to put “a friendlier, sexier face on politics.” Sounds good.

Sugar High

Recording at Serious Business with Andy and Trav Friday night was a blast. Mary’s lemon bars and my brownies provided enough sugar to fuel our nonstop rock. Not only do The Marks have a demo, but our webmaster has put some mp3’s up. So go on over, download and tell us what you think.

OK, I admit it, I can’t wait to see this movie. I am also a ginormous geek who needs to redesign this website and post pictures. Still no home internet. Sigh.
