Super busy.

However, I did manage to create a cookie recipe that produces a huge batch of cookies that dissappear in a day. Just wait for the moutwatering photos. I also made some of Heidi’s Mexican Wedding cookies which were pretty good. I think increasing the nut factor next time might make them taste a little bit more than just a butter cookie.

Phil also made a kickass beet, feta, watercress and fusilli salad for a Saturday picnic. I love beets.
