Since it was a whopping 65 or so degrees yesterday, I felt totally justified in whipping up a homemade icecream sandwich for dessert.

Hope you all voted. I hopped on my bike this morning and sped down 6th Avenue to vote at P.S. something or other and managed to make it to work on time. Hot damn!

Now, a trip to Coney Island - I highly recommend using the Ocean Parkway Bike Path if you can find it to get down to Coney Island. Much better than taking the train.


Dinner after the 10 mile round trip included a recipe from NYMag for brocolli rabe that was delicious.
